COUNSELORS' TOP 5 (12-5-2016)

1.   SENIORS: The Community Scholarship Application is now open.  This is a great way to get money for college.  Application and more information can be found at http://lnhs.liberty.k12.mo.us/Guidance/Scholarship.

 2.   SOPHOMORES AND JUNIORS: PSAT scores will be available to students on December 12th. Each student should have provided a valid email on the answer sheet. An access code will be emailed on or around that date for the student to log in and see the score report. More information will be coming on ways to better understand your score report. Please do not contact Mrs. Brock or Dr. Camp until the 13th if you cannot see your scores. College Board provides excellent information to troubleshoot.

 3. JUNIORS AND FRESHMEN: Did you hear the big announcement for 9th and 11th graders? There is a new college scholarship and savings program called KC Scholars. Regardless of who you are or where you live, you are going to need more than a high school education to get a good job. KC Scholars brings the community together to support you. Visit KCScholars.org to learn more.  Applications open January 2, 2017.

4.   DECEMBER SENIOR GRADUATES: You MUST attend one of these mandatory meetings to hear the final information you must get before being done on December 21st. Choose one: December 19th @ 8:10am in Room 707 OR December 20th @ 12:25pm in Room 707. Contact your counselor if you have any questions!
